For 5½″ at this scale use 12.4 mm, 0.487″.
6′ 2″ diam., 20 oval spokes, vee shaped inner rim, apparent tread 3½″, tyre width 5½″.
Hub 16½″ face dia., level with the tyre, pin between at 14″.
